My knowledge and experience
I can look back on over 25 years of professional experience and 3 commercial titles in multiple industries, including the automotive, energy and medical sectors.
This means I also have a wealth of knowledge of a wide range of tasks across the entire commercial field with a particular passion for numbers, projects and innovations.
I’m also always looking to expand my knowledge and learn new things.
For me, standing still is a step backwards.
My way of thinking
Thanks to my many years of project management work, I am used to seeing the whole picture, including well beyond the horizon.
With this perspective, I not only always find new ways to overcome a challenge, I can also communicate and implement them.
For me, direct solutions are important. This is then followed by analysis to improve things for the future.
Only those who have seen and understood the whole picture can master a challenge in the long term.
My way of doing things
In addition to enforcement, it is very important for me to convey everything I communicate correctly and clearly.
My innate empathy and a certain tact ensure that other people involved feel included and can understand what I want to convey.
Only by involving and responding to others can solutions be comprehensively communicated.

Finances
Project management
Fleet management
Finance is an area in which I enjoy working because of my affinity for numbers and my talent for analysis.
After completing my second degree, I was fortunately given the opportunity to design and create a completely automated reporting model for a client, which I then developed into an effective management tool.
However, my passion in the area of finance is accounting, which I carry out in accordance with national and international law. (HGB, IFRS, US GAAP, SWISS OR, NZ GAAP)
I’m fascinated by the insights you get into companies through their figures. About their performance and their potential, because the balance sheet says a lot more than just the figures.
I also see myself as one of the first to combine finance with AI and have my finger on the pulse of new developments in this area.
My employers and clients have always been happy to make use of my special skills for projects.
I started out in project management, however, in the supervision of a global rollout project, which I took over with the first deliveries and which became more and more efficient and profitable during my work.
For example, I was also part of several project teams for the introduction of new software and was involved in the planning and implementation of new workflows and processes, some of which I devised and designed completely myself.
When introducing new software solutions, I also had a lot of fun teaching employees how to use the new software and the tricks of the trade as a key user coach.
I was also very successful in integrating entire locations into group and corporate structures.
In addition to my work in finance, I have taken the vehicle fleet of two large international companies in the medical sector to a new level on my own initiative.
After a detailed process analysis, I set about creating a detailed concept, which I then successfully presented.
This was followed by the search for suitable partners, the run through the various hierarchical levels, the independent preparation and implementation.
I succeeded in making the fleet not only more cost-effective, but also more structured and its processes and figures more comprehensible and transparent.
I have also incorporated elements of this innovation into an ebook.
